Products are great, but when the carrier damages a box, and puts the wrong items in, you're stuck, the carrier would not help me, lied to me, and would not help the seller. The seller expects me to lose over $2,000 in gross sales, and act as if it's nothing. They have lost my business and someone else will be getting all of my future business. It's all good until the carrier makes a mistake, and then YOUR WALLET is the only thing liable.
